Delivery Information
All orders are dispatched from our Helensville warehouse. We aim to have orders processed and ready for courier collection within 24-48hrs of your order being confirmed, large items like squat racks and barbells can take a little longer to book in with freight carriers due to their size and weight.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. The PRODIGY APEX-PRO offers excellent performance, quality, and great value for money. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable home treadmill. The support and service from Gym Junkie have also been excellent, helpful, and making the whole purchase process easy.
First I will say that setting this up was quite a challenge. The instruction manual seemed to be missing a couple of things.
1: At the back of the treadmill in the manual the plastic guards are already in place. What I received were loose plastic guards and some screws already in the treadmill. I had to remove these and use them to attach the plastic guards. The were quite tight, metal on metal. I would recommend using a drill or your own screwdriver as the one provided was too soft to unscrew them.
2: There is a small metal plate that holds the running surface to the feet/wheels. This means you can't fold it up. The whole thing will tilt. Once the bolts and metal plate has been removed it's fine.
The folding mechanism and wheels on the treadmill are great. Haven't had any issues since installing it.
Only been for a couple of runs but both were 15km + and everything worked great. Very easy to use after set up has been complete. Looking forward to many more runs on this surface.
