Common Questions
Yes — both Afterpay and Laybuy are completely interest-free for the consumer. You pay exactly the purchase price, split into instalments. Late fees may apply if you miss a payment (charged by Afterpay or Laybuy, not by us).
Absolutely. Our checkout runs on Shopify's secure payment infrastructure with SSL/TLS encryption. Your card details are never stored on our servers. Apple Pay and Google Pay use tokenisation, so your actual card number is never transmitted at all.
Afterpay splits your purchase into 4 equal fortnightly payments. Laybuy splits it into 6 weekly payments. Both are 0% interest. Laybuy is New Zealand owned. Choose whichever suits your cashflow better.
Afterpay and Laybuy are available online only at this stage. In-store at our Glendene showroom we accept Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and cash.

Card and digital wallet payments are charged in full at checkout. For Afterpay and Laybuy, only the first instalment is charged at checkout — the remaining instalments are automatically charged fortnightly (Afterpay) or weekly (Laybuy).
