Step 1 — Processing
Order Placed
Your order instantly enters the queue for our distribution team to pick, pack, and prepare for courier collection.
You'll receive an order confirmation email straight away.
Step 2 — Pick n Pack
Getting Your Order Ready
Once your order is in, our warehouse team gets straight to work. For smaller items like slam balls, kettlebells, and the like, we'll have them packed up and ready for collection same day or the following day. For the big stuff, like full racks and other heavy or bulky gear, it takes a bit more time and effort to get everything safely prepped and loaded, sometimes needing extra hands or machinery to get it to the carrier. In those cases, allow a day or two for us to get your order ready for pick up. We'll always do our best to move as fast as we can!
Step 3 — Delivery
On Its Way to You
Once your order has been collected, the vast majority of deliveries arrive smoothly and within the timeframes mentioned above — and that's a reflection of the carriers we work with and the processes we've put in place. For smaller items, our courier partners do a great job of getting things to you quickly.
For larger, bulkier items, things do move a little slower through the freight network — that's just the nature of heavy equipment that may require machinery and two-man lifts to move around the country, and it's something that's outside of our control. The timeframes we've outlined are average guidelines rather than guarantees, and occasionally delays can occur. We'd encourage you to keep this in mind when placing your order, and if you're working to a tight deadline or are in a rush, please reach out to our team before purchasing so we can give you the most accurate picture of what to expect. The good news is you'll receive a tracking link once your order is collected, so you can follow its progress every step of the way.
On the rare occasion that a delay does occur, we're here to help — just reach out and we'll chase things up with the carrier on your behalf.
Please also keep in mind that couriers will deliver your order to your door, but are not able to carry items inside your home. If you've ordered anything large or bulky, we'd recommend organising a friend or family member to be on hand when your delivery arrives — trust us, you'll want the extra set of hands!
Delivery timeframes
North Island
95% of North Island orders land within this window. Large/Bulky items please allow a few additional days.
South Island
Orders are sent from Auckland, Large/Bulky Items allow additional couple of days. If going way down South then allow some additional time.
Rural addresses
We deliver everywhere — rural just needs a little extra time. If you are in a rush then consider selecting depot delivery.
Heavy / large items
This stuff is heavy, safety for those handling it is important and takes time to do properly.
PO Box & rural addresses: Oversized items may not be eligible for delivery to PO Boxes or some rural addresses due to size restrictions.
Shipping costs
Because gym equipment is heavy and bulky, courier costs depend on the weight and dimensions of your specific order. The exact shipping cost is always calculated and clearly shown at checkout — no surprise fees at your door.

Track 'n' Trace
Every single order ships with tracking. You'll receive your number by email when dispatched. Allow up to 24 hours for the first tracking update.
Split deliveries
Large multi-item orders often travel in separate boxes and may arrive at different times. Your complete order is always coming.
Depot collection
Oversized items that can't be door-delivered are held at your nearest courier depot. We'll keep you fully informed throughout.
Damaged in transit?
Our equipment is built tough, but transit can occasionally take its toll. If your item arrives with damage that affects its use or function, get in touch and we'll arrange a replacement.
Cosmetic damage, minor scuffs or marks from the journey, can unfortunately occur given the nature of heavy metal equipment in transit, and is something that falls outside of our control.

Common Questions
We ship to residential and commercial addresses throughout New Zealand, including rural areas. PO Boxes are supported for smaller items, but some oversized products may not qualify due to physical size. If you're unsure, call us on 09 872 6881 before placing your order.
Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours after dispatch to show any activity — don't worry if it looks blank right away. We recommend tracking your order and being home on the estimated delivery day.
Heavy packages — some exceeding 300 kg — are dispatched via Mainfreight rather than standard courier. Please allow a few extra working days for these. They typically arrive in multiple boxes, so it's completely normal to receive some boxes before others. Your full order is always on the way.
We do our best. However, some oversized or overweight items cannot physically be delivered door-to-door by the courier. In those cases, your package will be held at your nearest courier depot and we'll notify you promptly with collection details so the process is as smooth as possible.
Yes — please reach out via our Contact Form or call us before placing your order. We'll pass your specific request directly to our courier partners who will do their best to accommodate it. Common requests include calling ahead, scheduling delivery dates, or leaving packages in a specific location.
Shipping cost is based on the weight and dimensions of your specific order — gym equipment varies enormously in size. The exact amount is always calculated and clearly shown at checkout before you commit to payment. No hidden fees are added afterwards.
With large or multi-item orders, products are sent at the same time but in separate boxes. Some boxes naturally move through the courier network faster than others. If you've received part of your order, the remaining items are already in transit and will be with you shortly.
