The Prodigy Half Rack is constructed from 2mm thick, 60mm × 60mm heavy-duty steel — the same gauge used in commercial gym environments. Every surface is finished in a slick powder-coated matte black, giving it a clean, professional look that holds up against the kind of daily abuse a serious training rack takes. This isn't a starter rack that you'll be replacing in two years. It's a foundation you build your gym around.

Dip handles are built in, giving you a dedicated station for chest and tricep work without taking up extra floor space.

I’ve been using this half rack for a few weeks now and it’s great. It’s really solid and well built. I haven’t bolted it to floor and still doesn’t move. A great foundation piece for my home gym. Will get more stuff soon.

Solid and Versatile Half Rack for a Small Garage Gym

I had a tough time deciding between a half rack and a squat rack, but I'm glad I went with the half rack. It feels incredibly solid and sturdy, which is key for any home gym. The main reason I went for the half rack was the ability to attach or expand with a lat pull-down attachment – I love the idea of growing with this rack as my fitness goals evolve.

One thing I was worried about was whether it would look too big in my small garage gym, but I was pleasantly surprised. It fits perfectly and doesn't take up as much space as I initially thought. In fact, it looks sleek and doesn't overwhelm the space at all.
