Gym Junkie is happy to offer delivery across the whole of New Zealand, including rural regions.
Our couriers are experienced in ensuring your orders reach you in perfect condition, no matter where you are. With responsiveness and confidentiality at the core of our customer experience, you can guarantee you’ll get the best service – whether you’re interacting with us on our website, or discussing queries with our team.
Processing time:
We want to make sure you’ve got everything you need to set up your home gym while the motivation to work out is still high! That’s why we make sure our processing times are as quick as possible.
Once you have placed your order, we’ll get started packing up your items for delivery. If you manage to place your order before 1pm, we’ll likely have it packed up the same day. For those that we miss, they’ll be ready no later than the following morning.
For orders placed after 1pm, the courier will collect from us the next morning. Those ordering Friday afternoon or during the weekend can expect their items to be ready for delivery Monday morning.
Essentially, you’ll be bench pressing, bicep curling, dead lifting and tri-cep dipping in no time.
Courier time:
The time it takes for our couriers to reach you can vary. For those ordering from the Northern Island, you can typically expect your order to be delivered the following day. South Islanders have a little extra time to wait and might need to sit tight for 2-3 days. Rural locations may take a little longer.

What if my item arrives damaged?
When packing up orders, we take extremely good care and ensure that each box is discreet and packaged correctly. However, if you find that something does arrive damaged, we’ll be more than happy to arrange a collection and replacement.
