What’s Covered?
Our 5-Year Warranty protects against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If something goes wrong, we’ll either repair your product with genuine parts or, in the case of a major fault, replace it with a new model.

Easy Returns & Repairs
If you experience an issue, simply contact us. We’ll arrange a return label and courier pickup from your location. Once the item arrives at our Auckland facility, we’ll test it:

• If there’s no fault, you’ll cover return shipping costs.
• If a fault is found, we’ll repair or replace your product and cover courier expenses both ways.
