The Prodigy V3 is our fully adjustable FID bench — Flat, Incline, and Decline — built for lifters who need one bench to cover everything. Upgraded from the V2 with a wider base, 50mm thick pad, adjustable footrest, and built-in transport wheels.

With 7 backrest angles, 4 seat positions, and an adjustable footrest for decline and core work, the V3 handles barbell presses, dumbbell training, seated work, and ab exercises without compromise. The heavy-duty 7cm x 5cm steel frame is tested to 400kg — enough for serious loads in both home gyms and commercial facilities.

Built-in wheels and a front handle mean repositioning takes seconds. The 50mm high-density pad is firm, gripable, and easy to wipe clean after sessions.

Please note: Assembly is required. You'll need 14mm, 17mm, and 19mm spanners — these are not included.
