Delivery Information
All orders are dispatched from our Helensville warehouse. We aim to have orders processed and ready for courier collection within 24-48hrs of your order being confirmed, large items like squat racks and barbells can take a little longer to book in with freight carriers due to their size and weight.

This is the second bench I've had and it's 10 times better the other type I was using. Easy to put together, sturdy, easy to adjust, easy to move around, comfortable, quality materials. I wouldn't bother looking at anything else if you're after something for a home gym. You could save $50 or so on other options but I doubt they'll be anything near this good.
I wanted a single bench to replace my flat and incline benches. The V2 fits the bill nicely, more than sturdy enough for my weights being lifted, perfect match for my cage.
The seat gap is a little wide but a rolled up small towel works for me. The incline adjustment is great but no notch around the 30° mark for incline, 37° is what I am using as next notch down is 22° and too low for me.
I did have to straighten some of the parts as box was a bit hammered from shipping, would be nice to see better packaging to prevent parts moving inside box.
For my needs the V2 is a quality bench for its price.
Amazing bench at this price, extremely solid. Has a slight decline position also, and goes to almost vertical. Feels like a high-quality bench.
This bench is solid. Really impressed with the build quality. The padding covering seems thin and won't last as long as the thick commercial coverings - but this could be easily replaced if needed, and of course this is not going to have commercial use (and it is not a commercial price!). Great bench which I highly recommend.

Sturdy and easy assembly
I’ve been using the Prodigy V2 Adjustable Bench for a while now, and it’s honestly one of the best benches I’ve trained on. The build quality is rock solid – no wobble, even under heavy weight. The adjustment system is smooth and easy to use, with plenty of incline/decline options that make it really versatile for different exercises. The padding is firm but comfortable, so it gives great support without sinking in too much.
It feels like a commercial-grade bench but is perfect for a home setup as well. The wheels and handle make it easy to move around, which is a bonus given how sturdy it is.
If you’re looking for a bench that’s stable, durable, and adaptable to any style of training, the Prodigy V2 is definitely worth it.
