Delivery Information

All orders are dispatched from our Helensville warehouse. We aim to have orders processed and ready for courier collection within 24-48hrs of your order being confirmed, large items like squat racks and barbells can take a little longer to book in with freight carriers due to their size and weight.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

North Island (non-rural) 5 working days

South Island (non-rural) 7 working days

Rural (add to above)+2 working days

We use Mainfreight, Booth, and Fliway for freight.

Prefer to pick up in person? We have two locations:

  • Helensville — 2-30 Mill Road. Allow 24 hours after ordering before collecting.
  • Glendene — 153 Hepburn Road. Allow 5 business days before collecting.
