Protect your floors, reduce noise, and create a stable training surface with the Prodigy 15mm Rubber Gym Mat. At 1m x 1m and 15mm thick, each mat delivers serious impact absorption — built to handle dropped weights, heavy equipment, and high-traffic daily use in both home gyms and commercial facilities.
The dense rubber construction resists compression over time, meaning the mat stays firm and functional after years of use — no curling, no shifting, no breakdown under load. The slip-resistant surface keeps equipment and athletes stable during lifts, drops, and dynamic movements. Easy to clean and maintain — wipe down after sessions and move on.
Sold individually so you can cover exactly the area you need, one tile at a time. Tiles sit flush with straight edges for a clean, seamless finish across any size space.
Please note: Due to their size and weight, these mats require a custom freight quote before purchase. Contact us below with your location and quantity and we'll get back to you promptly.

How Many Do You Need?

FAQs
Q: How do I get a freight quote? A: Due to the size and weight of these mats, standard courier rates don't apply. Contact us with your delivery address and quantity and we'll provide a custom freight quote — usually within one business day.
Q: How many mats do I need for my gym? A: Each mat covers 1 square metre. Measure your training area and order accordingly. For a standard home gym rack setup, 6–10 tiles is a common starting point.
Q: Can these mats be used outdoors? A: Yes — the rubber construction is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Q: Will these mats damage my existing flooring? A: Rubber mats can cause a plasticiser migration reaction on vinyl and PVC floors. We recommend against placing these directly on vinyl, PVC, or decorative flooring without a barrier layer.
Q: Are the edges straight or interlocking? A: Straight edges — tiles sit flush against each other for a clean, seamless finish without the puzzle-mat look.
Q: Can I buy in bulk for a commercial gym fit-out? A: Yes — contact us directly for bulk pricing and freight options for larger orders.
