The Monolith attachment allows for you to squat your heaviest weights as the j-hook shape, is designed to move out of the way removing the need to walk out with the loaded bar in order to perform your movements. Start each rep from the safest positon and revome unnessecary risk and injury.

Delivery Information
All orders are dispatched from our Helensville warehouse. We aim to have orders processed and ready for courier collection within 24-48hrs of your order being confirmed, large items like squat racks and barbells can take a little longer to book in with freight carriers due to their size and weight.
