This multi grip pull up bar is a direct fitment for the power racks. With wide, neutral and narrow grip positions a range of pull ups can be performed, allowing users to target specific muscles more easily.

Delivery Information
All orders are dispatched from our Helensville warehouse. We aim to have orders processed and ready for courier collection within 24-48hrs of your order being confirmed, large items like squat racks and barbells can take a little longer to book in with freight carriers due to their size and weight.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

We use Mainfreight, Booth, and Fliway for freight.
