Hand grips are ideal for assisting with deadlifts in your barbell routine and other grip intensive workouts. Each grip is fitted with sweat resistant, dotted rubber strips for additional comfort and protection.

Delivery Information
All orders are dispatched from our Helensville warehouse. We aim to have orders processed and ready for courier collection within 24-48hrs of your order being confirmed, large items like squat racks and barbells can take a little longer to book in with freight carriers due to their size and weight.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
