All orders are dispatched from our Helensville warehouse. We aim to have orders processed and ready for courier collection within 24-48hrs of your order being confirmed, large items like squat racks and barbells can take a little longer to book in with freight carriers due to their size and weight.

Having previously used the Concept2 RowErg, I was initially unsure whether the PRODIGY Vortex could match the experience. After using it, I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations.
The build quality is outstanding, the rowing stroke feels smooth and consistent, and in day-to-day use I genuinely struggle to notice any meaningful difference compared with the Concept2. What surprised me most was the value for money. At around a third of the price, it offers an incredible rowing experience without compromising on quality.
On top of that, the customer service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process. If you’re considering a rowing machine and don’t want to pay premium-brand prices, I see no reason not to choose the PRODIGY Vortex. I would happily purchase from PRODIGY again in the future.

Love our rowing machine good quality for price compared to other same looking rowing machines. Don’t pay to much for same machine. Good service and fast shipping.
Nice smooth motion. Not as much resistance as a concept 2 on the L10 setting. As such, you don't cover as much distance. For example, my row rate is about 250m/min, but on the Vortex, you are pushing to get 200m/min. Ideally more resistance to pull against needed to bring it closer to the Concept 2. Its a really nice rower though. Easy to set up. Good console. Happy with what you get for the price.
Just like the ones in the Gym, great work out, very easy to setup.
