Medicine balls can be used in a wide variety of exercises from wall ball throws to squats, presses, sit-ups and many more. The pressure-sensitive layer within the ball makes for high-impact adsorption during fast training scenarios ensuring a safer experience.
Delivery Information
All orders are dispatched from our Helensville warehouse. We aim to have orders processed and ready for courier collection within 24-48hrs of your order being confirmed, large items like squat racks and barbells can take a little longer to book in with freight carriers due to their size and weight.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

We use Mainfreight, Booth, and Fliway for freight.

- Helensville — 2-30 Mill Road. Allow 24 hours after ordering before collecting.
- Glendene — 153 Hepburn Road. Allow 5 business days before collecting.

Love the wall balls, even though you call them Medicine balls. You might sell a few more if you change the title to Wall Balls as these were the only ones I could find online that were not sold out. My gain though! balls a great, bought three sizes all sorted for Hyrox training

It’s okay. It was a very good price but it is a bit unbalanced which does make wall balls more difficult. But is okay for home training.
