The set comes with a mix of quality-made vinyl weight plates that are interchangeable between dumbbell and barbell size. Or, connect the dumbbell bars to either side of the barbell to expand your exercise options. The barbell extends with a foam spin-lock, allowing you to focus on developing both larger and smaller muscle groups.

Delivery & Assembly:
- Our dumbbells are supplied with a coating of silicone oil to preserve the rubber during storage and transportation. This can be removed using a damp cloth on arrival.
- This product is delivered in X boxes
- The courier might not deliver all boxes at the same time. Please wait at least 48 hours for the other boxes to arrive before contacting us
Delivery Information
All orders are dispatched from our Helensville warehouse. We aim to have orders processed and ready for courier collection within 24-48hrs of your order being confirmed, large items like squat racks and barbells can take a little longer to book in with freight carriers due to their size and weight.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

We use Mainfreight, Booth, and Fliway for freight.

You get what u pay for really, each dumbell bars is really awkwardly long so it’s hard to use them at the same time and get full range of motion and it takes FOREVER to unscrew, so changing weights per exercise is out of the question. it gets the job done.
Purchased this 40kg dumbbell/barbell set for myself to go with some other items I've purchased from this site. Very happy with quality and for the price very happy with range/versatility of exercises I can accomplish

I believed that I would have been able to fit 40kg on the bar, but a maximum of 24kg actually fits. Contacted Customer Services and they have rectified the description online to reflect this and have sent some heavier weights. great customer service, however the products isn’t actually what you would expect.
Quite hesitant at first but decided to get these and it was worth it! Good for beginners, easy to set up and it came just like in the picture. Would recommend these for people whose wanting to start doing weights and for people who can’t go to the gym like me. Easy transaction and fast shipping too!
