Looking for a way to fix those strength imbalances on your weaker side? The Gym Junkie Single Arm Rope Attachment is exactly what you need, and it goes perfectly with our half rack cable extension and power rack cable extension.

Ideal for bicep and tri-cep exercises, the attachment can be used to target specific muscle groups. Made from a durable nylon, the rope can withhold just about anything you throw at it. At the end of the rope is a rubber stopper to prevent the rope from slipping out your hand. It also doubles up as a handle.

When you order through our online store, we get your items ready for pickup at 153 Hepburn Road, Glendene, or for courier delivery. You're also welcome to swing by our shop to purchase.
Order Pickup:
Orders before 12pm: We aim for same-day pickup. It may go the following morning.

Weekend orders or after 12pm on Friday: Pickup is on Monday morning.

Courier Delivery Time:
