CrossFit Auckland
CrossFit Auckland is a team of professional athletes and trainers driven and dedicated to your results.
At CrossFit Auckland we call all our members athletes and train everyone for optimal health and physical performance. Our members are all ages, fitness and ability levels; our youngest member being 11 years of age, and our eldest is 63. They are all very up-for-it people with a great mental attitude.
Our training specializes in constantly varied functional movements that replicate the needs of daily life and sport; squatting, lunging, lifting, carrying and throwing. Group training classes and one on one coaching may include Kettlebells, Olympic weightlifting, medicine ball and dumbbell training, power-lifting, gymnastics, sprinting, rowing and strongman style training.
Workouts are 100% supervised, members are coached every step of the way to achieve amazing results. The motivation and support amongst our members is inspiring to see and makes our club a really great place to train. We have a high emphasis on skills training, so members take away a lot more from a workout than just the physical workout itself.
Our services also include Nutrition, CrossFit Auckland Women – our women’s only fitness and nutrition programme, martial sports classes including Muay Thai and MMA, Teens programmes and more.
Everyone’s welcome at CrossFit Auckland. You don’t have to already be an athlete to train with us – you just need to come with the right attitude, be prepared to work hard at whatever level you are, and have fun doing it!
